Welcome to Haven by OWE. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Haven mobile application (“Haven” or the “App”) provided by Organise With Ease (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Haven by OWE, you agree to these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Haven, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

Haven is intended to help users organize, manage, and maintain records of household and personal inventory information.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• All activity occurring under their account.

• Ensuring that account information remains accurate and up to date.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Users may create, upload, store, and manage content within the App, including inventory records, notes, descriptions, tags, and photographs.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content submitted through the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law.

• Upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its infrastructure, or other user accounts.

• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the App.

• Use the App in a manner that could damage or impair the service.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

While reasonable efforts are made to protect user data, users are responsible for maintaining any records they consider important.

We do not guarantee that stored information will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.

The Haven application, including its design, software, branding, logos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Organise With Ease.

Except as expressly permitted, no part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without permission.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organise With Ease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if continued access is considered inappropriate or harmful.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be made available through the App and will become effective upon publication.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Organise With Ease operates.
