Please note that a product cannot be returned once purchased unless it was received in a damaged condition.

In this case, you need to have a video that shows the package being opened and the damaged item being taken out of the package (this is required to ensure that the product was indeed received in a damaged condition and was not damaged after the package was opened).

You have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it.

Once confirmed, you will be provided with either store credit or an option to refund your money. The money will be refunded to your bank account irrespective of the mode of payment used during the time of purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up in your account.

If you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
