Haven allows users to permanently delete their account and all associated data directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open Haven.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- User account information
- Homes
- Rooms
- Storage locations
- Inventory items
- Notes and descriptions
- Item photos and images
- Associated user-generated content
Data Retention
Account deletion is permanent.
Once the deletion process is completed, your data is removed from Haven’s systems and can no longer be recovered.
